These are 'Afternoon Picture Book' even if you read them either after waking up or before going to bed.


	the Happiness Village		A lazy arrogant man has come to the very peaceful village...
	When I wanted to get possible to speak English somehow and practiced the English conversation, I came across one picture book called 'The Giving Tree'. It is a wonderful heart-warmed story whose line of illustration is very warm and the English sentence is easy to read.The writer is Shel　Silverstein. I recomend you to read his other works. 'The Happiness Village' is the work that I tried to draw when I wished to make such a picture book. Of course I knew that it was quite imprudent.


	SMOKERS	The anthology of Japanese 31 syllables that I present you who feel a longing for smoking.
	Smoking does nothing but harm. You had better to stop it for yourself, your family, your friends... I say so but I also used to be one of troublesome smokers . Remembering the former state of mine, I draw this with sarcasm that smokers are so comical and ridiculous. I've not finished this work, so I 'm thinking of starting to draw a sequel when I have time.


	BILLIONS	Why don't we think of ourselves with the feeling of the huge time from the Big Bang to the present.
	Billions means a number of some billions. When we explain such a great number ,we use the conception as logarithm in general. Logarithm is very convenient but it is difficult to feel the real size. For example, how large is the number of 15 billions that is said as the age of the space? ...I'd like to express such a thing. And I expect that we can feel the human history is so tiny as compared to the size of the space. Tthat's the aim of this book. Unfortunately, it has been already out of print. There remain some in my book shelf, so if you want, I may let you have it at the list price...


	Higeji's 365 days		Higejii comments incisively on the time. (Japanese only)
	This is a manga that I drew as a column when I launched this site. At first I intended to cope with topics of each seasons, but things that I was worried were increasing in that society and political situation, eventualy it had become a cheap manga for current events. Afterward my job became so busy that I lost power for continuing to draw, and now I'm afraid that I have no plan to restart this program. Sorry.
